Appeal Process

Authors, reviewers, or readers may submit a formal appeal regarding editorial decisions, delays, conflicts, or publication charges by contacting the Managing Editor via official journal email.

All appeals are reviewed by the Appeals Committee in accordance with COPE Core Practices, WAME policies, Council of Science Editors, and HEC guidelines. Decisions of the committee are final.

Complaints Process

Complaints related to publication ethics, editorial misconduct, or reviewer behavior may be formally submitted to the Managing Editor.

Each complaint is investigated by a Complaints Committee, and recommendations are made based on established international ethical standards.
